Each reserved room includes one hour to pamper your pup. While we won’t immediately close the room at the end of your session, we do ask that you remain mindful of the time limit and respectful of the space. Please note: each one‑hour session is limited to two dogs per Owner.

Yes and no. While each grooming area is private, the lobby is a shared space and other pets may be present. We ask that all dogs remain on a leash until you enter your private room and the door is closed.

The wash bays can accommodate pets up to 245 lbs, and the grooming table supports up to 220 lbs.

We provide shampoo in every wash bay. Please bring any additional grooming items you prefer to use. While we plan to offer extra supplies to help pamper your pet, we cannot guarantee availability due to the self‑service nature of our model.

Yes, you can absolutely bring your cat for a wash. We welcome brave felines, dramatic felines, and “I’m‑only‑here‑because‑my‑human‑said‑so” felines. Our private bays help keep the experience calm and controlled for both of you. We simply ask that your cat arrives and leaves in a secure carrier.

No. While we offer three self‑wash rooms and one self‑grooming room, we also have an in‑house groomer who can take care of everything for you. Appointments and pricing are set directly by the groomer. To schedule, please contact them at 269‑921‑8685.
